Founded in Amman in 1991 as Al Saraya — today SKKB — we practise civil engineering, architecture, and construction delivery nationwide, with recognised depth in warehousing, cold chain, and manufacturing.
Practice & portfolio
Industrial work is our core: logistics campuses, dry and frozen storage, manufacturing hangars with hazardous process zones, and Jordan Valley agri-industrial cold chain. We also deliver apartments, villas, commercial buildings, and mosques — structure, envelope, and services coordinated with your design team. Where solar supports performance we integrate it; for heavy-duty cold storage we coordinate ammonia and advanced HVAC with rack layouts, fire strategy, and operational flow.
We are active across Jordan from Amman, with recurring commissions along the Dead Sea corridor, in central wholesale markets, and in the Jordan Valley. Long-term supplier and subcontractor relationships help keep programmes and pricing realistic without trading away workmanship.
