Professional regulation & licensing
SKKB delivers engineering consultancy, design coordination, and related site services under the applicable rules of the Jordan Engineers Association and the licensing authorities relevant to each appointment. Where construction execution is in scope, contractor licences, insurances, and site permits follow the signed building contract and Jordanian law. Stamped extracts and formal prequalification packs are issued from the Amman office rather than published in full on the open web.
Communications & document handling
Email, web forms, and ordinary cloud folders are convenient but not inherently confidential unless your agreement or a separate non-disclosure instrument says otherwise. For sensitive programmes, agree encryption, courier, or controlled file-transfer methods with the lead contact before transmitting commercially critical material.
